Delivery
We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible. However, delays may unfortunately occur. Therefore, we do not guarantee delivery on a specific day and always reserve the right for delays. Usually, the goods are shipped the same day or the day after you place the order, provided they are in stock.
The delivery time is normally 5 days for items in stock. FCA (Karlstad) Incoterms 2020.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time may be extended. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Shipping
As a standard practice, we ship deliveries with DHL or TNT. Shipping costs are added to each order and calculated automatically at checkout. We always strive to use climate-compensated shipping services whenever possible.
We reserve the right to invoice any additional charges to you if you fail to pick up the package on time or if the shipping company invoices us for an impossible delivery or similar circumstances.
